Jumping forward or back resets audio delay on iso playback to zero

Description
Jumping forward by 30 seconds causes the audio delay to reset to 0, at least on iso's with 0.24-fixes. I can't try 0.25 right now, but I thought (REALLY hope) that the audio delay stuff is improved on 0.25, so maybe this is already addressed.

I've just tested a couple of discs with master and I can't reproduce this. If you can reproduce with master or 0.25 when it is released, please re-open.
