Highlighting of selection in setup is ambiguous and contradictory

Description
Poking around in setup using the arrow and tab keys on a keyboard, I come to Cancel / Okay. One is black and one is white. Pressing the arrow key or the tab key causes them to reverse. Which one will be selected when I press the enter key? Eventually I determine that black is the selected item. Then I wander around some more, and I find some lists of things and here the color code is reversed. White is the selected item, black is not.

This is a theme issue, and in *any* two-button setup there's going to be some ambiguity. It is also a feature request/change request without patch.
You may want to try a different theme to see if it's more to your liking.
