[PATCH] Improved letterbox detection and switching

Description

This patch adds:

  • Improved 14:9 and 16:9 letterbox detection, accounting for 'DOGs'
  • Add auto detection and fill of letterboxed widescreen (1.85:1, 1:2.35 and 2.39:1) material.
  • Reduced rate of frame scanning to reduce CPU load.
  • MHEG interactive TV disables auto fill.
  • Improved compiler optimisation opportunities.
