Cannot add a channel to an empty channel group

Description

In the program guide, it is not possible to add a channel to a yet empty channel group. Also the list of channel group we can choose from or navigate through NEXTFAV key is not updated after we add or remove a channel from a group.

This patch fix both issues

PS: not on a month old source code
