This patch implements some caching to avoid processing eit events more than once as
well as ignoring events for channels we do not want information for. I found this along with the previously posted EITHelper patch made took a significant amount of the CPU usage when gathering EIT data away. Previously My P3-650 dev machine was running at 50-70% just processing EIT events, now it hovers around 11-15% when processing regular now/next events.

Stuart Auchterlonie is working on a solution that does the rejection of already inserted events much earlier in the EIT processing. So I'm closing this ticket.
