Icon download not working right more than once

Description
One of the local DVB-T channels got its callsign and icon changed (reusing the same frequency) so I tried to download the new icon for that specific channel but I found mythtv-setup got the same previous icon again.
Blanking icon file path in channel editor takes no effect: it seems the channel database table gets no proper update.

Did the actual channel content change, or just it's name? If the channel changed but the serviceid remained the same then that would be a problem. To fix this we'd need to know the serviceid of the affected channel so that we can remove the mapping.
Note that we use lyngsat for channel icons, if that hasn't been updated to use the new icon yet then we cannot do anything from our end to fix that.
