The Mythcenter-wide theme delete recordings screen has bad layout

Description

The Mythcenter-wide theme has a "delete recordings" screen defined that is slightly different from the "watch recordings" screen for no good reason. For example there is no clock, the group name is slightly offset, the text slightly overlaps the "used space" indicator.

When searching whether this bug was already listed I found that ticket #6928 says that there shouldn't be a delete recordings screen because it isn't needed. If that ticket is correct then the screen definition should be deleted completely rather than applying my patch.

The Delete Recordings screen no longer exists, so there is nothing left to fix.
