Description

Per the mythtv-user mailing list discussion (​http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/518102#518102), I would like to request an 5.1 audio upmixing variation which simply copies the front channels to the corresponding rear channels, and performs a simple stereo->mono blend to the center and LFE channels.
