mythtv-setup: cannot access channel editor using A Forest theme

Description

When trying to access the Channel Editor from within mythtv-setup when I've previously selected the "A Forest" theme in mythfrontend, I get the attached log.

I've been using 0.25-fixes for some time, and keep forgetting to restart the backend, reload the frontend, change the theme, then exit the frontend, stop the backend, just so I can do what I tried to do a few minutes beforehand.

"A Forest" is not one of our themes, please contact the theme maintainer.

Please ensure you're using the current version of A-Forest (which was only just recently updated/made available for 0.25 - ​http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/theming/520289#520289 ). If you are, please report any issues to the theme author.
