Arclight theme does not show mythmusic full screen

Description
When viewing mythmusic using the arclight theme, the screens do not stretch to fill the screen, see screenshots attached.
On same machine, tried switching to the mythbuntu theme and it was displayed correctly.
This has been tested on 2 TVs, one at 720 and the other at 1080, same problem on both.
Am using 0.25 fixes, updated as of today, but have seen this issue for a while now.

We don't maintain this theme, you'll need to contact the maintainer directly, contact details should be in themeinfo.xml or README in the themes directory.

Just a note, took the screenshots when logged in remotely viewing desktop, but this does not make a difference from viewing it locally
