Small fix for mythplugins configure

Description
When looking for includes in ld.so.conf the mythplugin configure didn't check that 'include' was at the start of the line, thus matching the paths containing 'include' and throwing non-fatal but annoying errors.
e.g. cat: /etcusr/X11R6/include/X11/extensions: No such file or directory cat: /etcusr/X11R6/include/X11/extensions: No such file or directory
Attached patch fixes the issue.
