Description

Subtitles: Add support for forced text subtitle tracks.

If there is a forced text subtitle track (which is possible in e.g. a .mkv container), and forced subtitles are allowed, then start playback with that subtitle track selected. Otherwise, use the frontend settings to decide which captions/subtitles (if any) to enable at startup.

This is motivated by discussion on the mythtv-users mailing list - ​http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/532845 .

This has been tested against Master, but should also work with 0.26-fixes and (with a trivial modification) 0.25-fixes.
