Description

Unable to play udp multicast streams in certain scenarios. Hence merging the devel/rtp changes into master branch.

Added the patch of the commit to the merge. Doing the merging across branches in mythtv for the first time. Hope its fruitful to do the rest of the changes.

Merged devel/rtp changes into the master branch with the commit id's mentioned. Ignore the previous attachement,

Those patches should not try to update the translations (everything under the i18n directories), please remove those updates from them.
