theme default stream-ui.xml missing

Description

Using default theme (not default-wide!) it is not possible to use webradio streaming yet. There is no mythplugins/mythmusic/theme/default/stream-ui.xml.

I've changed stream-ui.xml from default-wide so that it fits quite good for my old 4:3 TV.

Patch and screenshot are attached.

Please note other patch for mythtv/themes/default/base.xml, link in a comment below. This patch depends on that one.

I just had a build failure that seems to be related to this. 0.26-fixes on SL6 using specfile based on the ATrpms model, updating to 13dfcc2. Last successful build was Tuesday.

Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:

/usr/share/mythtv/themes/default/stream-ui.xml

and several similar to this:

File listed twice: /usr/share/mythtv/fonts/README-droid.txt

but thanks for the recent batch of commits!

It looks as if I did a git pull on mythtv but not on mythplugins. Sorry.

Ignore comment 6. Re comment 5, I modified the specfile into better agreement with the current file-list and got an installable build; at present that box has other disk problems and I can't test it.
