EIT adds programs with wrong start date

Description

Myth seems to use system timezone to create the local time to use when inserting programs. This makes everything being one hour late in my case.

My TV that also has its own EPG do not have this problem. (LG TV) So somehow there is information in the EIT-stream to calculate the correct time.

I've posted an email about it in mythtv-users. See there for some EIT dumps that may be usable.
