Mythfrontend crashes for three separate actions with code 134

Description
For each of these three actions, Mythfrontend has crashed on me with the same code: 134
- Watch live TV
- Watch recorded program
- Try to enter audio setup in the frontend
At least the first two worked as of yesterday. I did an update using Update Manager in Ubuntu. This upgraded both my Linux kernel and my Nvidia driver.
Linux kernel upgraded to: 3.2.0-52-generic Nvidia driver upgraded to: 304
I am attaching the frontend and backend log files that are abridged to around the time I attempted to play a recording.

0.25 is no longer supported. The current supported stable release is 0.26.1 and current unstable is 0.27-beta.
Please upgrade and let us know if you are able to reproduce the problem.

Exit Code 134 indicates a database error, try running:
mysqlcheck -u root -p --repair mythconverg
or
mysqlrepair
