Recent SVN changes seems to have affected "Fill" mode

Hi Guys,

I have noticed in the last say 200 SVN changes or so I am seeing black bars at top and bottom of the screen. They look about 25 pixels each in height. I would have thought that FILL mode would get rid of these?

ok fine then since I was just trying to be nice about leaving a minor bug:

BUG: recent SVN (not sure what version but I would say in the last 200 commits) causes Fill mode to still leave black bars at top and bottom of screen.

The black bars look about 20-25 pixels in height.

I think they arrived about the same time as the top+bottom pixel edges were cleaned up - ie no more randomly colour pixels on edge of picture.

Just guessing: maybe the overscan code chops into fill mode.

Note: I don't run any overscan.
