MythMediaServer segfault on client disconnect

Description

Using Mythbuntu 0.27 builds, installed 16 Sept 2013.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Play back video served by mythmediaserver using MythFrontend
  2. Mythmediaserver records new client from the frontend
  3. Exit the video (even a few seconds would do)
  4. Mythmediaserver register client disconnect, and then segfaults
