change channel freebox fails

Description

I am now using iptv. I cannot change from one iptv channel to another iptv channel. I can change from a dvb-t channel then to iptv channel though.

changing between iptv channels is only possible by switching to dvb-t channel then to new iptv channel.

Milestone: 0.26.2

As the IPTV recorder has been rewritten for 0.27 (see http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Release_Notes_-_0.27#Scanning_and_Tuner.2FRecorder_Support ) your best bet is to test if this is still an issue in fixes/0.27.

With "freebox" the IPTV recorder don't work on 0.27. See #11949
