Add Count to GetTitleInfoList

Description

Added the count of the number of recordings under a title.

I am not sure why it wanted listed titles where there is a inetref present, but I left that as is.

I just like to add that I believe that all titles should be returned regardless of inetrefs existing or not. So if this is applied I vote the where clause be removed.
