#11963 closed Bug Report - General (Works for me)
no "url" is populated in iptv_channel when importing a .m3u file

Description
After adding a network recorder (Freebox) and an no-grabber source, and scanning for channels using a .m3u file with all data related to IPTV channels, the channels and iptv_channel tables are populated but no data for the "url" column is populated in the iptv_channel.
That makes the system unresponsive when tryint go watch livetv on one of those iptv channels or makes recordings fail, since tuning data is not correct (no url)
Also (I don't know if this matters, the iptvid in the channel table is empty for all those channels)
$lsb_release -a Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS Release: 12.04 Codename: precise
I'm also attaching the output of mythbackend --version and the .m3u file.

Sorry, I forgot to set the "version" value and it looks like I can't edit it, but only add comments, so:
I'm using 0.27-fixes

No reply in 4 years. There have been many changes to IPTV support so likely already fixed.
Please update to 31.0 when released and reopen if still a problem
