Live TV Preview doesn't always scale in EPG

Description
Occasionally, the video playing back in the Live TV EPG doesn't scale. It seems to stay at the original scale. I'm not sure how to replicate this, or even what logging might be useful, but it does occur on occasions. When I exit and relaunch the EPG, it almost always will then scale down correctly to fit within the preview box.

There have been multiple fixes for issues such as this in master (soon to be 0.31).
