Recording failes when language is set to Dutch

Description

Every entry in the recording list fails when trying to record anything using the EPG with language set to dutch. If the language is set to English it works OK.

Extra info: Running mythtv and mythweb 0.27 on a Suse 13.1 system Error occures when programming recording using mythweb.

Find attached a patch that is may solve the issue. If it helps I can commit this.
