Description
If you have paused playback, and then select 'U' to increase playback speed, mythtv will skip both 1/16 and 1/8 speed and jump to 1/4 speed. The attached patch fixes this.

(In [8865]) Closes #1209 by applying patch. When I added a couple new speeds when I committed the NetworkControl patch, I didn't change the default speed_index used when unpausing.
