#12244 closed Bug Report - General (fixed)

Incorrect channel number detection with timestretch on following FFmpeg upgrade

Description

There does seem to be a problem with timestrech audio. When watching a show that is in DD5.1, but has some commercials in DD2.0 at 1.35x speed, it falls back to DD2.0 for the commercials, but never promotes back to DD5.1 when the show starts back up. The result is very muddled audio (the volume drops by several decibels).

My preamp indicates DD5.1 during the 'show', then switches to DD2.0 for the commercial, and will stay at DD2.0 when the show starts back up. I can get back to DD5.1 by stopping playback (saving a bookmark), and then starting playback back up.
