Correct channel name in Recording Rules list

Description

In the Blue Abstract theme the column "channel" of the Recording Rules page is always filled with "Any" no matter what the recording rule really does. The attached patch changes from checking the "recType" to checking the filters directly (1024 = "This channel").

Has been verified with fixes/0.27 commit 2d4a7c9235287b0589035974bff282e3f2e9a7e5
