Steppes is missing zoneminder live view window

Description
Hi. While trying to use the zoneminder plugin I got errors that "name4-1" doesn't exist. I copied the relevant parts from the zoneminder-ui.xml of the default theme and the monitor window is now showing.
I only have one camera, but the copied section was under the "six monitor view". Based on this "irrelevance" I took the liberty of copying the following "eight monitor view" too.
I am attaching the patch.

Although it looks like the six monitor view is duplicated twice!
