Description
Currently the stars (user rating) field of recorded tv is never populated when using OTA EIT in UK. I imagine the broadcasters don't want to rate their own programs as one star. Some xmltvid backends might populate it in other countries?
When a recorded program has a metadata lookup, the metadata includes a rating.
So, this patch copies the rating in to the recorded table so it is visible in the frontend using the existing Steppes theme.
It might be useful to also copy releasedate in to originalairdate.
Patch tested on 0.27.5 but also applies to head.
