I have two separate boxes in two separate locations (home and office) having the same random issues, 0 byte recordings. Happens randomly mostly on Comcast channel 712

To have much hope of diagnosing the problem, mythbackend needs to be run with "-v channel,record" to get useful information in the log.

I'm actually watching channel 712 on Kodi 15.2 with pvr.mythtv-RPi2-arm-15 v2.8.4 but this does not always work...

This bug is rather old and most likely the bug has been fixed in the current release of mythtv. Therefore this ticket is now closed. If the problem appears again then please create a new ticket.
