Fixup needed for special IPTV streams

I tried to setup the IPTV playlist

according to

​https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/User_Manual:Setting_up_HTTP_Live_Streaming_Recorder

No channels are found in MythTV 0.27 and 0.28. Other applications like VLC or the Android App "IPTV" (​https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv) have no problems with this playlist.

Some debugging shows that ./mythtv/libs/libmythtv/channelscan/iptvchannelfetcher.cpp (function parse_chan_info) does not recognize the channel info.

Two thoughts

• This playlist encodes the channel number into the track duration field. That is unexpected for our parser and likely not what the author intended. • Our parser does not support playlists without channel numbers at the moment. That should be fixed sometime, but I have no plan on how that would sensibly work. As a workaround you could just move the channel number from the duration to the track title as "channel number - channel name".
