Recorded TV incorrectly indicates a recording as finished when it is in fact still recording following "All tuners are busy" options

Description
Steps to reproduce: 1)Make sure a program is set to start recording in a few minutes 2)Make sure all tuners are busy except for one. 3)With the remaining tuner, tune into Live TV 4)When the upcoming recording is almost ready to start, a popup menu shows up with the 3 options 5)Allow the default option to run its course (Allow recording to switch channel and keep watching Live TV) 6)Once Live TV switches the channel, ESC away from Live TV 7)Go to Recordings UI. There you see this most recent recording listed as a previous recorded program, as opposed to a concurrently active recording, when in fact it is still recording.
