DVB scan creates conflict on the same satellite

Description

Doing a DVB-S scan on Astra 19.2E into a completely cleaned out channel list will contain conflicting stations- A lot of conflicting stations- and require you to hand-edit 319 stations. That should really not happen on the same satellite IMHO. Should the channel number contain more info?

The mythtv-setup channel scanning process has been improved a lot since the ticket was created and the issue that is raised in this ticket has been resolved. For a summary of the changes in the channel scanning, see ticket #13472.
