New Install of Mythbuntu 16.04.01 SQL error and no Listings Data

Description
In the web browser when clicking on Listings and error script appears (file attached). There is no program data in the Web browser and Myth Frontend. The tuners have installed OK - TBS6280 and I can watch live TV. All Icons have loaded OK after channel scan - DVB-T and T2 UK TV.

SOLVED I think. Loaded latest Mythbuntu updates and after resetting "Use Over Air" program listings flag the error script has stopped and listings are available in WEb Browser and Myth front end.

The Channel Icons are not appearing but I notice they are saved in my home/<user>/.mythtv/channels directory and I have an old note to put in a link at /home/mythtv/.mythtv/channels to this directory. ??? why?
