VBOX code causes Capture Card setup to hang

Description

I have a CETON 6 tuner device. Whan I got into Capture Card setup, select one of the tuners or select "New Capture Card" the setup hangs for 60 - 120 seconds. Front end log messages are as follows: 

2016-10-12 14:15:33.040311 I  VBox: Using UPNP to search for Vboxes (3 secs)
QIODevice::read (QNetworkReplyHttpImpl): device not open
2016-10-12 14:16:36.361888 I  VBox: GetDeviceDesc() failed for <Unknown>

The claim of 3 seconds greatly underestimates how long it actually takes.

This happens on each tuner, so changing a setting on 6 tuners is extremely tedious.

This started happening recently, on the original 0.28 I did not notice it.

This is not happening any more. It looks like it was a temporary glitch in my system, so I will withdraw the ticket
