Bisecting on current master shows issue starts for me around (1402762d2cfa7490d66c15faa0d4bc937c3e860f).

BTW: It looks like backend encoding content correctly - but all data lands just in 1st segment file (*.000001.ts) file while rest of files are zero size. Playback in VLC from this .00001.ts file is OK.
