Airplay Video Does Not Work in 0.28/fixes

Description
This might be two bugs.
Disabling the "Only support airtunes" option does not result in video playing in mythfrontend 0.28/fixes. Ipod device also believes audio is playing in this configuration. Ipod only detects audio device, not video. That could be a DRM/copyright issue.
The potential second bug is the only way I can get mythfrontend to log anything about airplay is by assigning an airplay password.
Lastly, tests were done with an ipod model ME978LL/A, 5th generation. Debian packages from debmultimedia.org.
