Need a Splash Screen for Android

Description

The Android frontend can sometimes take a long time to start up. While it's doing that, the screen is blank white leaving the user to wonder if the app is running. Add a splash screen to give immediate feedback to the user that the app is loading.

Initial patch. Flickers right before app starts running. Not sure how to eliminate that yet.
