Program guide does not show when you switch from TV playback by 's' key.

Description
The program guide flashes about a second and thereafter only the small TV-playback part is shown properly. This happens with opengl and vdpau rendering.

There have been a number of changes and fixes for this behaviour in master/v31 - and it should now work without issue. The code has changed too much to backport fixes.
