Refresh themestrings processing against current themes and plugins

Description

The current list of themes processed by the themestrings tool has not been updated for several years. New themes have been added in this time. A resync is overdue. Additionally, the MythGallery plugin has been removed.

I'm therefore refreshing themestringstool/run.sh to ensure we carry as many current theme translations as possible.
