Description

applies to fixes/31 and master

Fix configure lines for mythtv (--enable-libmp3lame was missed) and mythplugins (update for v31 and on) see 20200225_fix_configure.patch

I have not done anything about mythplugins MythNetvision and MythZMServer failure (used current ansible to setup depends) 

MythNetvision requires the Python URL library 2 (urllib2)
Disabling MythNetvision due to missing dependencies.
Disabling MythZMServer. Requires mysql/mysql.h header

Configuration settings: 
 
        Qt minimum     5.7
        Qt installed   5.11.3
        qmake          /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/qt5/bin/qmake
 
        MythArchive    plugin will be built
        MythBrowser    plugin will be built
        MythGame       plugin will be built
        MythMusic      plugin will be built
        MythNetvision  plugin will not be built
        MythNews       plugin will be built
        MythWeather    plugin will be built
        MythZoneMinder plugin will be built
        libcdio        support will be included in MythMusic
        FFTW v.3       support will be included in MythMusic
        mythzmserver   support will not be included in MythZoneMinder

Info: creating stash file /home/pi/build/mythtv/mythplugins/.qmake.stash

Also in relation to python3 do the install depends (package.sh) need adjusting ?

Just noticed change today for mythtv master (and presumably fixes/31 at some point) which is going to need a further change to ./configure see ​https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/commit/8b16ce6ae8a8e214c3002a13d911c8356e061373
