Description

running mythbackend 0.19.20060121-2 (svn r9136), the following is logged in the mythbackend logfile and mythbackend crashes:

2006-02-24 22:22:31.122 DVB#0 Using DVB card 0, with frontend 'VLSI VES1820 DVB-C'. 2006-02-24 22:22:31.125 DVB#0 CA Error: Failed to initialize CI handler 2006-02-24 22:22:32.429 DVB#0 DVB SI Table Parser Started QDate::setYMD: Invalid date 1865-00-18 QTime::setHMS Invalid time 132:25:05.000

(In [9138]) Fixes #1387. Off by 2 error in parser.

This should also fix the segfault reported by Stuart Auchterlonie and Greg Estabrooks.
