EPG does not gracefully handle a small number of favorites

Description

When filtering the EPG by favorites (using the '/') the EPG produces odd results when the number of favorite channels is less than the number of channels than can be displayed.

In the case of only one favorite, the program listing took up the full screen, but the channel number column listed the favorite channel plus a few not-favorite channels.
