Description

Attempting to change channels in LiveTV within guide (w/ "x") causes segfault.

Backtrace attached. (This is from a remote backend, but a local frontend has the same issue.)

(In [9582]) Fix some memory corruption due to the default copy constructor being used.

Should fix #1407 and #1519 (duplicate tickets).
