Description
the mythweather php script for mythweb is showing the wrong day of the week for forecasts.
The forecasts show tomorrow, but the labels are for 1 day in the future (today comes out as tomorrow, etc)

Patch to fix this bug. Changes msnbc received info to standardize to mktime() values.
