Very poor audio until you switch to tuner, then back to inital Svideo0 input

Description
When using RCA sound inputs on a PVR-150 the sound quality is horrible. If you hit "C" to switch to "Tuner" the audio there is perfect. Then if you hit "C" again and switch back to the orginal Svideo0 the sound is magically fixed. Since Svideo0 is the primary input all scheduled recordings have poor audio.
