Description

I use MythTV with a remote only and need a why to do things that are usually handled by PgUp/PgDown/Home/End keys. Someone has already addressed this need in the EPG by mapping PgUp=3, PgDown=9, Home=1, and End=7.

I've found the same mappings work great for TV cutlist editing as well. I think the following patch would benifit others by making it the default keymapping. It shouldn't hurt anyways.
