Mention default ports in setup program

Description

In case the user does change the default ports, it seems to be difficult to know what they originally were without installing again or examining the code. So this patch mentions them in the setup documentation.

Agree that this should be documented somewhere, but disagree with updating the help string in the mythtv-setup program. Changing them here means that all the translations need to be updated, and we are adding information which is very rarely needed (i.e. we do warn people not to change the ports).
Would propose we change the documentation instead: 

-It is very strongly discouraged that you make any changes to the port
-settings from the defaults.
+Changing any of the port settings from the defaults is very strongly
+discouraged. If you do accidentally change them, the defaults are
+6543 for the master/backend server, and 6544 for the HTTP requests.
