installing themes copies .svn directory

Description
doing a make install on the myththemes svn archive will copy all the .svn directories to share/mythtv/themes.
I assume this is unintended.

found some more .svn directories that get installed with mythweb

mythweb doesn't have an install script, nor does it have anything to do with the themes.
