Description

When dealing with channel-setup snafus, it is handy to be able to force a complete refresh of all guide data (not just today, or not just tomorrow).

(In [7039]) close #170

This adds a --refresh-all option to the commandline mythfilldatabase forcing each day to be updated rather than just tomorrow and 12 days from now.

This also saves users from having to manually clear their program table when they want to refresh the whyole list due to other problems.

This closes #170.
