Description
To reproduce with XVideo playback
- Play a video
- Pick an aspect override that cuts off the top portion of the screen.
- Pause

(In [10086]) Fixes #1721. The pause frame was being offset improperly w/XVideo when bobdeint was in use.
This just disables the bobdeint offsetting when we are not requesting a single field.
